Our Story

Uri Goldstein left the east coast at the age of eighteen for university in Boulder, Colorado. After school, he visited California for the first time, and it was love at first sight. He spent the next few years traveling the world and immersing himself in different cultures and cuisines, eventually settling in Maui. 

While exploring the tropics, he became acquainted with various exotic fruits and learned valuable preservation techniques. Working in produce, he found himself surrounded by an abundance of fruits, which inspired him to craft artisan snacks and nutritious recipes using the excess fruit he had access to. He took delight in creating high-quality, hand crafted treats from what would have otherwise gone to waste.
